Shipping policy
As our pieces are made to order, please allow 2 weeks for your order to ship.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information sent to the email address you provided, this can sometimes end up in your spam folder.
United States Shipping: All orders ship USPS. At checkout rates for all options will be calculated for you. We cover the cost of insurance on orders up to $100. If you'd like to insure for more please contact us at admin@miraizjewelry.com. We do not refund packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
Worldwide Shipping: International orders typically take 2-5 weeks to be received depending on where you are in the world. The tracking number supplied will track the package as it moves across the US on our end, once it is out of the US you will need to contact your local post office should questions arise. These fees are defined by foreign government officials and are entirely outside of our control. Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to us will not be re-shipped unless all shipping fees are paid for. We do not refund packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
*Please be advised that if you are shipping to destinations outside the United States, you are responsible for assuring the item can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
