Refund policy

We do not accept returns on custom orders and gift cards.

While all of our pieces are made to order and we are confident that you'll be satisfied with your purchase, return requests can be emailed to admin@miraizjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of the Purchaser, Date of Purchase, and a brief description of the return request. If your request is accepted you will receive a refund or store credit in the form of a code or gift card within 2 days of receiving your item/ order.

Every piece goes through a thorough quality control process and is photographed before being shipped. 

If an item is received defective or damaged please get in contact with us at admin@miraizjewelry.com immediately. We will ask you for some images and after confirmation, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You have 5 days after the email correspondence date to send it back. We will repair or replace your item and send it back to you at no cost.

If you need a resize due to inaccurate measurements, please get in touch with us and we will help get that sized for you. A resizing fee will apply and shipping is the responsibility of the client. Resizing is very tedious so we highly recommend confirming your accurate ring size before finalizing your purchase.
